KYLE PENNINGTON – RUSSELLVILLE (AR) HIGH SCHOOL BOYS’ HEAD VARSITY COACH – EPISODE 119

Kyle Pennington recently completed his first season as the Head Boys Varsity Coach at Russellville High School in Arkansas..  The team had won 13 games the previous two years and in Kyle’s fisrt season they went 20-7 and won their conference championship. 

Kyle quickly established a winning culture at Russellville after having previously worked as an assistant coach at Har-Ber High School.  During this episode Kyle and I talk about how he built relationships with his players and earned their trust over the course of the season leading to success both on and off the court.
