Randy Sherman is the owner and founder of Radius Athletics – a basketball coaching consulting firm – where he consults with basketball coaches at all levels on coaching philosophy, practice planning, Xs & Os and all things basketball. Sherman’s basketball experiences range from athletic performance training to leading basketball programs. While a head basketball coach for nine seasons at the interscholastic level, Sherman led teams to four regional tournaments, and six 25+ win seasons.  Radius Athletics exists to serve, grow and develop basketball coaches at all levels. 

The Radius Athletics Mentoring Program (RAMP) helps coaches move their teams toward simple, seamless basketball.
