MARK SCHULT – ASSISTANT MEN’S BASKETBALL COACH AT CLARK STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Mark Schult

Coach Mark Schult is in his second season as an Assistant Coach for Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio. Mark has coached AAU for Shining Stars in Cincinnati, Ohio for five years and Heart Over Height Hoops for one year.  He also served as a student- assistant coach for Wittenberg University in 2016-17.

Coach Schult played High School basketball at Covington Catholic High School (Park Hills, KY) for Scott Ruthsatz. He was a captain on the school’s first State Championship team his senior year. After high school, he played two seasons at Wittenberg University for Head Coach Bill Brown.

His responsibilities for the Eagles reach all parts of the program, including defensive schemework, recruiting, scouting reports, team logistics, social media marketing, and academic support. He is in charge of the team’s film, and heavily involved with the skill development of the guards.

Coach Schult is a native of Edgewood, Kentucky and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting/Finance from Wittenberg University in 2018. He is an experienced graphic designer and publishes MarkSchultGetAhead.com in addition to many other charitable websites. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Accounting, and hopes to attain his CPA.
