Xavier Brown

Xavier Brown is a Performance Specialist who specializes in basketball and volleyball sports performance. Originally going to school for a career in the medical field, after reading Tim Grover’s Relentless, Xavier’s curiosity and love for basketball pushed him to dive into strength and conditioning in 2015. While not initially having a background in exercise science or any fitness experience outside of YouTube videos, Xavier went out and gained valuable first-hand experience as an intern at Plant High School in Tampa,FL. From there, he began networking and quickly found himself as an intern at SportsEast Performance, and his final internship at his alma mater, The University of South Florida with the men and women’s basketball programs. In January 2018, Xavier decided to relocate to his home town in Orlando,FL.  After helping athletes in his hometown, he relocated to Cleveland, Ohio to serve as a strength & conditioning coach at Lake Erie College, where he was responsible for over 500 athletes and their performance. 

Xavier also currently serves a Performance Coach for Future Fit, as of 2020.

Xavier graduated from the University of South Florida in 2016 with his Bachelor’s in Biological Health Sciences, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS)
