JASON FRY – DIRECTOR OF PURE SWEAT BASKETBALL SKILLS COACHES
Jason Fry has served with Pure Sweat Basketball since 2013 and is currently the Director of Pure Sweat Basketball Skills Coaches. Jason has coached as an assistant for the past 9 years at Drury University, Missouri Baptist University, and Whitfield School.
Jason was born and raised in Austin, Texas where he played high school basketball at Austin High School. After three years of working full-time for the parks and recreation department, he took the opportunity to play basketball at Missouri Baptist University where Jason was a part of the 2005 national tournament team. After finishing school in 2008, Jason started coaching at Whitfield School and was an assistant for two state final four teams. Coach Fry also started Legends Basketball. Jason left Whitfield and coached at Missouri Baptist University for three years, serving as an assistant for the men’s and women’s basketball programs. Coach Fry spent a year at Drury University where the ladies program finished #1 in the nation in three point percentage and played in a sweet 16 game. Since 2016, he has been a part of the Whitfield School basketball program. Jason joined Pure Sweat as the first employee to work alongside Drew Hanlen, helping build the company to where it is today.
